As Deputy Sister / Charge Nurse, you will support the ward manager in motivating and providing leadership to the ward team.
Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with and support the ward manager to ensure excellence in care delivery. You will lead by example, role modeling and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
2. Team coordination: Coordinate the ward and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication between healthcare professionals, patients, and their significant others.
3. Continuous improvement: Be a catalyst for positive change, working flexibly to ensure standards are being maintained, evaluated, and where necessary improved.
4. Patient-Centric approach: Empower patients to achieve their goals. Your commitment to excellent care will make a lasting impact.
