Job Description
***Must have an active (or the ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph***
The purpose of this position is to perform the essential job duties and functions as listed below with the overall objective of establishing an execution framework on the project that complies with the contract and ensures the safety, quality, value, timeliness, and Fluor profitability of the completed project. This position performs project management responsibilities on small to medium sized projects (as defined by the Business Line) or on an assigned segment of a larger project, including coordination of design, procurement, and construction activities. When assigned to only a segment of a larger project, this role develops a complete understanding of the Fluor contract and any relevant subcontracts in order to provide full support to the overall project management team.
1. Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) is emphasized throughout all phases of all projects.
2. Establish and manage project safety plan.
3. Develop a complete understanding of Fluor prime contract and any relevant subcontracts.
4. Collaborate in the preparation of the documents associated with the execution of all aspects of the project in accordance with contractual obligations, Fluor’s Operating System Requirements (OSR) and the relevant Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP).
5. Prepare and deliver reports about the status of the project requirements for Baseline Centric Execution, safety, quality, and productivity and assess if those requirements are met by Fluor where work is being performed.
6. Prepare a project baseline (as defined in the OSR) and ensure that it is fully documented, updated, and communicated to the project team as appropriate.
7. Ensure execution of all aspects of the project in accordance with contractual obligations.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Basic Job Requirements
1. Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
3. Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
4. Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
5. Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Other Job Requirements
1. Must have an active (or the ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
2. U.S. Citizen.
3. Ability to travel on occasional business trips to other locations for temporary duty assignments.
4. Participate in Fluor University courses for continued learning experiences.
5. Utilize Knowledge Management processes to capture, support and leverage relevant knowledge to enhance project execution.
6. Participate in sales and marketing efforts as requested.
7. The U.S. Government customer requires that United States citizens under consideration for employment at the Rainy location, OCONUS, United Kingdom under a Department of Defense (DoD) contract as well as their spouse/domestic partner and any dependents ages 5yrs and above who will be accompanying them, complete a Behavioral Health Evaluation (BHE) by a doctoral-level (i.e., PhD, PsyD, or MD) behavioral health specialist (i.e., Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatrist) and be deemed “Qualified/Approved” before authorization can be granted to the Candidate Contractor and their family, to relocate to the United Kingdom. If the results of the BHE performed on you, your spouse/domestic partner, and/or any dependents over the age of 5 accompanying you are deemed unacceptable by the U.S. Government customer, in its sole discretion, you will be denied access by the U.S. Government customer to the installation and, as a result, your offer of employment from Fluor will be rescinded.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Typically degreed, preferably in engineering or business field of study with minimum four (4) years of O&M office or site experience and minimum one (1) year experience managing small, less complex O&M sites or projects.
2. Typically has minimum four (4) years of progressive construction and technical experience.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Previous project management experience.
5. Ability to delegate.
