As a Payroll Administrator, you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the payroll services. You will manage a portfolio of clients in a small team or payroll processors, overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role is a Hybrid position with onsite parking. Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse client portfolio, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits. * Ensure timely and accurate preparation and distribution of payroll statements. * Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations. * Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related queries from clients and employees.
