TECHNOLOGY/ REGIONAL Contract Administrator Role Purpose The Contract Administrator will provide high-quality and efficient support to the Digital Transformation Team assigned to a confidential technology client. This role involves working across both client and CBRE systems. The Contract Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing the high volume of administrative tasks associated with the contract, as well as supporting diary management and onboarding new joiners. Key Responsibilities Project Support: Assisting with project planning, coordination, execution, and identifying ways to improve team operations Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. New joiners: Supporting the onboarding of new team members, tracking onboarding status Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality. Quarterly Business Reviews: Preparing and organising reporting calendar and account reviews, managing and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of meeting agendas/ minutes. Document Preparation: Creating, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and presentations. Invoicing: Using Peoplesoft (CBREs finance system) and Finishline to raise invoices, code/process external supplier invoices, register new projects and track invoice payments. Communication: Acting as a point of contact between client and team as necessary Knowledge Management: Organising and maintaining knowledge resources and ensuring easy access for team members. Email Alias Management: Managing email aliases, ensuring proper routing and handling of emails. Folder / Drive / Access Management: Organising and managing digital files, folders, and access permissions. Industry Insights: Supporting and maintaining industry conference schedule Diary Management: Efficiently managing the diary/schedules, organising meetings and ensuring that they are adequately prepared Travel Arrangements: Organising travel plans, including booking train tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
