What You'll Be Doing:
1. Oversee document workflow within Common Data Environments.
2. Provide first-line support to the department, troubleshoot tasks, and serve as the primary contact for Viewpoint technical support.
3. Regularly liaise with project teams, offering guidance to ensure Viewpoint systems are configured for optimal project delivery.
4. Proactively gather user feedback for lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Manage internal and external user accounts.
6. Conduct audits of Viewpoint system usage to ensure data input complies with procedures and proper referencing protocols.
7. Create Task Information containers for communication with clients and suppliers.
8. Complete project close-out documentation.
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous experience in Document Control.
2. Familiarity with construction practices and standards (desirable).
3. Proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, Excel & Microsoft packages.
4. Experience in utilizing electronic document management systems (specifically Viewpoint for Projects).
5. Ability to maintain clear and accurate records and reports.
Role Information:
1. 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
2. Pension 6% employer contribution.
3. Non-standard travel paid.
