Location: South of Birmingham (Office-Based) - Solihull, Kidderminster, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Stourbridge, Worcester
Salary: Up to £52,000

Key Responsibilities
* Business Planning: Develop and manage the business plan, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Costings: Oversee and analyse cost structures to support decision-making and profitability.
* Team Leadership: Manage a small finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Partnership with Operations: Work closely with the operational team to ensure financial strategies support business objectives.
* Management Accounting Transition: Play a pivotal role in bringing management accounting in-house in the future.
* Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts for utilities, telecoms, and building services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within a similar industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness.
* Hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Strong negotiation skills, particularly in contract management.
