The Ideal Assistant Block Property Manager will have:
1. Relevant Block Management Experience is preferred
2. A good understanding of property maintenance and overseeing in house contractors, as well as third party contractors
3. Dealing with ad hoc problems and unforeseeable situations
4. Ensuring properties are well maintained and costs are well controlled
5. Minimum of 18 months specific property management experience
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office – specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
7. Strong analytical and organisational skills.
8. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Block Property Management Responsibilities will be:
* Block management – compliance
* Service Charge Budget setting
* Dealing with any occupier issues appropriately
* Creation of purchase orders/cheque requests/credit notes
* Credit control and rent collection management
* Liaising with accounts over payments and receipts
* Logging and management of all maintenance issues and arrange repairs & services
* Control of all Administration/Filing
* Responsible for maintaining health and safety on the site
* Aftersales interaction
Block Property Manager Benefits:
* Main Office Based: Aylesbury with UK Travel as required
Own car and D/L are essential as travel across the UK will be required.
