Job Summary: We are thrilled to have the opportunity to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to drive further success within our expanding Sales and Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director (EMEA), you will support Modaxo’s businesses in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will develop and execute go-to-market plans and business development materials, raise awareness of our brands through thought leadership, and support Modaxo in relation to M&A activities. The role will involve identifying and articulating effective sales and marketing messaging, market expansion campaign planning, and use of digital and content marketing approaches to drive measurable results. We are flexible in terms of location, and you can work from home – though we also have many offices across the EMEA region. While the role is advertised as full-time, we are open to part-time (80%) for the right candidate. Some international travel will be required. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Market Expansion Campaigns Campaign foundations: own the development, validation and management of buyer personas, value proposition, target segments and buyer journeys Define Go-To-Market campaigns to raise awareness, engage and nurture targets, and ultimately generate a funnel of qualified leads Deliver-Go-To Market campaigns, including identifying and creating campaign assets/materials Use data-driven reporting to ensure continual improvement Brand Awareness Identify and create business development support materials Manage a calendar of thought leadership to promote the Modaxo brand Identify and create compelling content that promotes Modaxo’s media brand, Mobility Redefined Work with Portfolio and Global M&A teams to define, execute, review and refine digital campaigns Identify and create compelling content that promotes Modaxo as an acquirer Support the marketing integration of acquired businesses Events Management Coordinate Modaxo presence at a small number of major international events Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment Marketing Best Practice Identify best practices to implement Support adoption across businesses within the portfolio Internal Communications Work with colleagues to organise, manage and compile internal communications Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience, ideally in B2B or B2G (business-to-government) marketing Proven track record of delivering measurable results through marketing activities Personal Attributes & Relevant Skills Ability to plan and execute effective lead generation campaigns Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of effective sales and marketing messaging Driver of collaboration – bring together internal stakeholders from different teams to ensure alignment and progress Excellent organisation – able to work across multiple projects simultaneously Strong commercial awareness Data-focused approach Proficient with CRMs (ideally Salesforce or HubSpot) Use of social channels as a marketing tool Events planning/ownership Basic use of AI tools for marketing Our offer Be part of a truly world class organisation Flexibility: WfH, plus we’re flexible on location.
