Role/Responsibilities: In this Technical Services Manager role, you’ll be coaching and developing teams across all disciplines to ensure they all promote a food safety and quality culture. Lead the development and maintenance of the internal audit programme. Maintaining reports on customer complaints, quality performance and internal audits. Supporting cross functional teams on internal and external audits. Experience Required: Degree in Food Science (preferred) with experience in technical services in a fast-paced food environment. Lead Auditor/Internal Auditing experience. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised, with the ability to balance day-to-day needs with long-term objectives.
