Job Title: Front Line Manager (Manufacturing)
Location: Watnall, Nottingham
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)

In the role of Front-Line Manager, you will need to demonstrate the flexibility to adapt plans or approaches when unexpected issues arise, such as machinery breakdowns or last-minute changes to production goals. You should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be eager to enhance your leadership and problem-solving skills. Your main responsibility will be to provide leadership, accountability, and structure to the production floor.
You should not shy away from change, as this position is not purely administrative or desk-bound, with limited involvement in daily operations. Instead, you will face unexpected challenges that are a regular occurrence in the production environment.
To succeed in this role, you must be adaptable and capable of adjusting plans or approaches when required. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth production process. This will involve assigning tasks based on team members' skills and production needs, monitoring performance, providing feedback, coaching, and discipline as needed, and motivating and supporting the team to achieve production targets and maintain high morale.

You will be working less than half the year due to the fantastic shift pattern on offer.
Key Requirements...
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a Management or high-level team leader position
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
