The key focus of this HR Advisor role is to provide a full HR Advisory service
On a day to day basis as the HR Advisor you will -
* Provide a full generalist HR service to the business including succession planning, engagement, performance management, there is lot to do here, including managing long term sickness and liaising with occupational health.
* Manage Employee Relations issues, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management issues, absence.
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders and line managers and help them become better managers, more confident, more empowered.
* Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures
