Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance

Our client, a multi-award-winning short-term property lender, is experiencing significant growth and is now seeking an experienced Bridging Finance Business Development Manager (BDM) to work closely with intermediaries across the Midlands and North of England.. This unique opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated and driven individual who may be facing frustrations in their current firm and desires to work with genuine people, competitive products, and earn more money. You'll manage a large database of broker relationships and proactively bring new ones on board. We're looking for someone who can think "outside of the box" and isn't afraid to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities:
1. Deal Management: Handle deal enquiries directly with introducers, structuring complex cases in alignment with the credit policy.
2. Relationship Building: Plan and maintain a strategic diary of appointments to develop credible and trust-based relationships with intermediaries.
3. Business Development: Actively seek and grow new sources of business from inbound enquiries, broker registration requests, existing contacts, industry journals, and other means.
