The hours of work are 7.00am -10.000am and 2.00pm - 6.00pm each day, Monday-Friday. The Site Manager will be responsible for the management of the buildings, car parks and playgrounds. They will: Open and close the building each day Act as key holder and respond to call outs in the event of fire damage, burglary, floods etc Organise building contractors, cleaners and grounds maintenance contractors on site Have knowledge and skills in relation to building maintenance and health & safety requirements in public building Undertake general repairs and maintenance including painting.
