What will I be doing -
.
* Employee contracts & Issuing references
* Updating employee benefits and salary information
* Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies, and document progress in the ticket system
* HR database / document management
* Deliver a high-quality employee experience
* Collaborate with other HR Team members across the business to action and respond to queries .
What will I need ,
* Ideally shared service model within EMEA region HR Shared Services organisation's or in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders would be an advantage
* HR or Commercial vocational training required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or related field would be an advantage
* MS Word knowledge/experience preferred
* Organised and detailed orientated
* Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
* Ability to follow processes / with a lens on optimisation for continuous improvement
* Exceptional customer service skill
* Ability to work in high growth environment requiring agility to meet changes in business demand
