What we look for House keeper Assistant Manager
Hands-on leader with a proactive approach.
We are seeking a dedicated and hands on Assistant housekeeping manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to work alongside their team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards.
Key responsabilities:
Supervise and actively participate in daily housekeeping operations.
* Lead by example, assisting with room cleaning, inspections and public areas upkeep as nedeed.
* Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to ensure efficiency and quality.
* Work closely with the housekeeping team to resolve challenges and maintain productivity.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and sanitation regulations.
* Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
Key Qualifications:
* Previous experience in housekeeping leadership (hotel or hospitality preferred)
* Strong leadership skills with a "roll-up-your-sleeve" attitude.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
