* Ensure customer-facing content meets minimum accessibility standards and coordinate updates where necessary.
* Lead a new approach to content marketing and manage the shared marketing inbox, handling all brand-related queries efficiently.
Works effectively with internal and external stakeholders, with a keen eye for detail in proof-reading and copywriting, ensuring high-quality, accessible customer communications.
* Demonstrable experience in brand or marketing roles, including working with suppliers and agencies to deliver on-brand objectives and achieving results through effective organisation and collaboration.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and content marketing techniques, with familiarity in applying data protection regulations (GDPR).
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create tailored copy for diverse audiences and channels, while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
