The Role: As a key member of the international customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers across the EMEA region. Your role is to provide outstanding support via email and phone, assisting with enquiries, registrations, payments, and general account administration. You will also collaborate with global teams and occasionally attend events in London to support on-site operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries via email and telephone, providing world-class service. Process telephone payments and assist with event registrations. Liaise with clients regarding event details, registration, and payments. Provide basic technical support and account assistance for delegates. Support sales teams and sales directors across the EMEA region. Verify lead allocations and assist other departments when needed. Occasionally travel to London to support event managers. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a customer-facing role. Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal). Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Highly motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player. Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines effectively. A positive, can-do attitude.
