Job Title: Implementation Advisor
Location: Coventry
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the core hours of 08:00 & 18:00
Reporting To: Implementation Team Leader

Their advanced technology platforms and smart lock solutions ensure that both parts and service engineers are efficiently managed, turning any space into a secure site for critical parts.
The Position:
As an Implementation Advisor, the role involves providing high-standard service support within Implementation. This includes ensuring smooth new customer implementations and changes for existing customers. Responsibilities include processing new customers and engineers onto the system, producing and issuing starter packs, managing customer labels, and supporting internal projects while adhering to deadlines.
Key duties include managing lock and key stock to maintain adequate levels, handling lock recycling, and developing effective working relationships with other departments. The role also involves managing business-as-usual (BAU) workload, cases, and emails, assisting with the training of new starters, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role within a process-driven environment, with a strong understanding of Service Level Agreements and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail, a strong customer focus, and the ability to provide proactive support are crucial. The candidate should be committed, enthusiastic, and capable of multitasking and working well under pressure.
