Contract: Permanent, Full-time

As a Commis Chef at Fairmont, St. Andrews, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic and welcoming team.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of dishes in a timely fashion and to agreed standards.
* Help with and control the preparation for the section you are working on. Work cleanly and hygienically, observing all health and safety guidelines.
* Ensure the smooth running of the section and maintain Fairmont St Andrews Scotland standards across all areas. Keep section paperwork up to date in line with legislative requirements.
* Attend organized training sessions and ask questions to develop skills.
Qualifications:
* Must be eligible to work in the UK
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
