Retail Sales Executive
Location: Belper
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (40hr week, trading Monday – Saturday)
Salary: £26k per annum (realistic OTE £35k with uncapped commission)

Main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Working within a small team in store.
2. Generate gross profit for the store through multi-channel proactive sales activity, including outbound calling to existing customers.
3. Provide first-class service by embodying the ethos of sales and customer advice.
4. Promote services including mobile phone deals, broadband, and Sky TV, while identifying new ways to attract customers.
5. Process orders accurately, ensuring high standards of compliance.
6. Participate in training and stay updated with all products, services, and promotions.
7. Sell and complete mobile phone repairs (full training will be given).
8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
9. Work 5 days a week, between Monday and Saturday [8.45am – 5.45pm].
