What youll do as Head of CRM:
This role is both strategic and hands on and you will need to understand the motivations, needs and insights of players and integrate them into a comprehensive multi-channel communication strategy.
1. Develop a comprehensive communication strategy tailored to the brand, product and player.
2. Select and implement the best tools for the strategy.
3. Develop processes and procedures to ensure best practice and alignment.
4. Ensure and develop the best customer journeys related to registrations, KYC and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
5. Map out personalised customer journeys across multiple channels (email, website, SMS, outbound etc) to enhance customer engagement and retention.<...
