They are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Estimator to join their team. This role will involve combining technical knowledge with commercial acumen to provide accurate estimates, manage client relationships, and secure new business opportunities. The Technical Sales Estimator will be based from a satellite office around the south of England and will require travel to sites and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for surfacing and asphalt projects.
Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and providing tailored technical solutions.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to identify sales opportunities and secure profitable work.
Conducting site visits and assessments to evaluate project scope, requirements, and technical challenges.
Producing high-quality tender submissions that effectively communicate project value and technical solutions.
Providing technical guidance to clients regarding product specifications, installation methods, and project feasibility.
