The Role:
You will be a key player in supporting our restaurants, inspiring our teams to follow your example as a guest led leader. Working alongside the Area Support team and restaurant management teams, finding ways to innovate and deliver an amazing team and guest experience while embodying the 5 stars in everything you do. You will always be a curious and constant learner, proactively seeking opportunities and welcoming feedback to develop and improve your knowledge, performance and skillset.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Team
* Be an ambassador for our culture and values, always portraying an authentic positive attitude.
* Champion standards and our culture, always setting the example.
* Have excellent communication skills; ensuring cohesive working relationships within the wider teams.
* Enjoy meeting new people and confidently manage a new set of teams daily.
* Be adaptable to facilitate the strengths and weaknesses of all restaurant teams.
* Be open to giving and receiving feedback from all team members.
* Learn new skills from different managers and transfer your skills to help other management teams grow stronger.
* Build authentic relationships with all restaurant team members, both FOH and BOH.
Guests
* Act as a role model for the team, ensuring decisions adhere to our focus on true Southern Hospitality, showing a passion for providing a great guest experience.
* Work with the Area team to actively ensure our restaurants are inviting and friendly environments for our guests.
* Regularly review guest feedback (including Yumpingo) to ensure constant improvement in our service and guest journey.
* Continuously look for ways to elevate and enhance our service to provide a better experience for our guests.
Restaurant
* Run great shifts and flex your style to each different restaurant you will be working in.
* Visit each restaurant regularly, working to the needs of the business, giving feedback and support to the Management & Area Manager.
* Support in achieving the restaurant and General Managers' specific focuses, including restaurants in other areas/regions of the business.
* Be an invaluable support for our new restaurant openings.
* Understand each restaurant's unique team levels and implement your knowledge to support controlling the financials of the business.
* Strive to have an in-depth knowledge of each restaurant's unique operational, health and safety, and cultural makeup.
* Treat every restaurant as if it were your own, showing true passion and ownership.
