About the role We are looking to recruit a Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our Property Services team. In this role you will carry out all plumbing and heating repairs, servicing, and installation work. To be successful you will have extensive experience of general plumbing, heating and gas systems. You will also need to have experience of renewable heating technologies. You will also have a City and Guilds, NVQ 2 or an equivalent level qualification in Plumbing, along with the following qualifications: - CCN1 and Gas Boilers, Cookers, Fires G3 Hot Water You will be customer focused with excellent communication skills and able to form positive working relationships with customers and colleagues. A basic level of IT skills is important as the use of mobile devices is routine, and a driving licence is essential. You may be required to participate in our standby rota, for which extra payment is made. A DBS check will be required for the successful applicant as part of our pre-employment checks.
