Aftersales Advisor
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £24,040 pa
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
Contract: Permanent from day one
Do you have a passion for customer service? Can you go the extra mile to meet customers' needs? Look no further! Working with one of the country's market leaders in automotive sales in the used car market, we are seeking an Aftersales Advisor.
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be highly motivated and customer service driven, handling everything from servicing to general inquiries. You will be on hand to ensure all communication is managed from start to finish.
General Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries regarding servicing and repairs.
* Communicate effectively with warranty companies and repair agents.
* Manage all customer inquiries.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls.
* Address complaints.
* Ensure all customer expectations are met.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 1 year of Customer Service or Aftersales experience.
* Motor trade experience is desirable; however, training will be provided.
* Excellent communication and administration skills.
