Job Description
* Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
* Maintain up-to-date records in Hibob HR system.
* Assist in the recruitment process and onboarding of new staff.
* Participate in HR projects as required.
* Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries.
* Assist with maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
* Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
* Provide clerical support to the HR department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'HR Administrator' should have:
* A strong working knowledge of HR systems.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.
