We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Sales Advisor to join a leading organisation that provides luxury London living for people over 65.
As a Client Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective buyers through the process of selecting their dream luxury apartment.
Job Title: Client Sales Advisor - Luxury Retirement Living
Location: London
Salary: £70k per annum OTE £100k + per annum
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate and close deals for new apartments.
* Proactively convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
* Cultivate strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' successful track record in premium residential sales.
* Ability to generate opportunities, build relationships, and adhere to a well-defined sales process and compliance framework.
* Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
* Customer-centric mindset, with excellent empathy, listening skills, and needs analysis.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in CRM systems.
