Role: Office Administrator Location: Hereford, Herefordshire Hourly Rate: £15ph Duration: 11 Months Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri (37hrs-45hrs a week) Duties: - Liaise with suppliers to source appropriate files/documents - Document control/management - Create the operation & maintenance manual (Training will be provided) Requirements: - A good level of competency with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc) - The ideal candidate MUST be reliable & have savvy admin skills - Experience with managing files/documents - Excellent organisational skills & time management - The ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels as you will be dealing with a variety of people. - Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or another relevant role. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities If you're interested please call Lewis on (phone number removed)
