You will work with our specialist team and help our clients from various sectors across the region. Your role will involve assisting and supporting the team with a diverse range of corporate insolvency cases. You will also help the team advise new and existing clients on their financial situation and suggest solutions for their challenges. This is a great opportunity for a motivated candidate to join a thriving team in our office in Derby. The right candidate will have to take exams (ACA) to enhance their knowledge and advance their career prospects within the department and the firm. We provide complete study assistance for your ACA exams. The important work you will be doing: Assisting in identifying prospective clients and preparing documentation Assistance in drafting letters and reports to external stakeholders such as debtors, creditors and financial institutions. Preparing documentation to facilitate payment of goods and services provided. Depositing client funds. Preparing payment requisition forms to generate payment of invoices. Inputting data into specialist software to record case specific information such as creditor claims. Attending client premises to retrieve books and records; and General administrative duties comprising photocopying, filing, processing incoming and outgoing post, preparing refreshments for visitors / staff and dealing with telephone calls. Your skills and qualities: Any degree at 2:1 or above, with a strong academic record at A Level and GCSE. A genuine interest in pursuing a career in business recovery and restrucuring Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is beneficial.
