The role:
Working as an administrative assistant, you will be working at the heart of our operations, ensuring day to day co-ordination and supporting the other members of the team. This role is perfect for someone working in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding administrative support. As Bauvill Facilities continue to grow, we are looking for someone to aid both our reactive and compliance sides of the business meaning the role will include a fairly varied work load for both teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence (emails, calls, and written communication).
- Maintaining and updating records, files and databases with precision.
- Co-ordinating with sub-contractors and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a passion for organization. The ideal candidates is eager to learn, adapatable, and ready to contribute to a rapid working environment.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred, but not required).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Nice to Have:

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000
