Weatherford have an excellent opportunity for an Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role is based in Dyce, Aberdeen. We are looking for a maternity cover for our current Inventory Coordinator with a fixed term contract (14 to 15 months). Our Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining records of assets and inventory in JDE (stock management system). Day to day you will complete transactions in line with our approval process; run/review reports to ensure on hand stock is required, is in date and has arrived as expected. You will also be assisting with cycle counts, checking/receipting deliveries and issuing Inventory to Work orders. Work hours and breaks: Monday to Friday 8.00 to 4.30 - with 30 min lunch break. Our generous benefits include: Core Benefits: - Private Health Care (employee cover) - Pension Scheme - Group Life Assurance x 3 salary - Group Income Protection - 29 Days Annual Leave ( 4 fixed bank holidays) Flexible benefits (at Employee Cost): - Health Cash Plan - Additional Leave Purchase Scheme - Dental Scheme - Cycle2Work Scheme - Flexible Discount Platform (no cost) - Discounted Gym Membership scheme - Electric Car Scheme (Coming soon) Key responsibilities: - Run monthly inventory report, reconcile discrepancies in inventory and notify supervisor of irregularities. - Reviews Inventory 'Shipped not received' report following up with any queries. - Assist with reviewing Inventory in excess reports, collaborating with PL managers. - Ensure inventory accuracy through conducting all transactions related to shipping, receiving, work orders and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. - Reclassify assets in an accurate and timely manner. - Create Routing Request to gain approval for various transactions i.e Scrap Assets/Inventory - Ensure Customer Owned/Supplied equipment is on JDE accurately and in a timely manner. - Runs monthly Customer Owned reports to send out to the customers. - Assist with cycle counts daily/weekly, providing variance explanation, if needed. - Correcting GL Classifications as required in an accurate and timely manner. - Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. - Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. - Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
