Amour Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an amazing company who is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator based in Portsmouth.
This role ensures seamless management of client requests, stock, logistics, vehicle fleet, and associated drivers
Duties include:
* Coordinate client requests through online portals.
* Oversee client requests from quoting to execution and invoicing.
* Upload data into internal systems and customer portals.
* Ensuring Fleet of vehicles undergo servicing and MOTs
* Booking of Hire vehicles where required
* Supporting drivers to ensure that they complete daily vehicle inspections and reporting on their performance.
* Tracking of driver’s schedules
Personal requirements:
* Advanced PC skills with MS Office proficiency.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Knowledge of fleet management is desirable
Please note: This role requires a security clearance which mandates that candidates have resided in the UK for a minimum of three years.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary:£24,000
