Job summary We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have at least 12 months full time or the equivalent hours of experience on an acute ward, who are looking for their next challenge. As a Registered Nurse on the Intensive Care Unit, you will be invited to work within the integrated multidisciplinary team. In return the ICU will offer a commitment to your professional development by supporting comprehensive induction and orientation training, this will include a bespoke in-house critical care training programme that will help guide and develop you to become a skilled critical care nurse. You will participate in the assessment and planning of the care needs to the critically ill patient and their relatives, including the development, implementation, and evaluation of care.
