Job Description: Client Leadership Role
The Client Leadership team is passionate about integration. They are pivotal in bringing together and shaping all digital elements of the customer journey. This extends to Strategy, Advertising, Paid Media, SEO, Content, UX, and Design. As a member of this team, you will champion the integration of these service lines under RocketMill’s planning framework, Total Performance.
As a senior member reporting to a Client Partner, you will serve as both the voice of the customer and the voice of the agency. Your role involves placing clients at the heart of the agency while managing several client campaigns.
To succeed, you should possess a well-rounded digital marketing skillset with a thorough understanding of all channels. Your daily motivation will be to build and maintain momentum around our commitment to clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Grow and maintain the account portfolio
* Ensure the standard of our delivery to clients
* Identify opportunities for deeper engagement with clients
* Develop and nurture client relationships
* Align the agency scope with client business objectives
* Establish an integrated roadmap of activity
* Communicate the value of RocketMill’s contributions effectively
* Track and report on client health
* Participate in inter-agency collaboration
* Own end-to-end briefing processes with internal and external teams
* Define communication and delivery cadences
* Line manage junior team members
* Train team members in account management best practices
* Collaborate with other ADs to ensure consistency across roles
* Monitor portfolio profitability and develop account action plans
* Ensure 100% alignment of MI platforms
* Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients
* Work with the Client Partner on account development plans
* Contribute to marketing collateral
Essential Skills
* Previous agency experience
* Comprehensive digital marketing skills across all channels including paid media & SEO
* Proven success in managing and growing client portfolios
* Excellent account management skills
* Strong communication skills with authority
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude that energizes the team
Desirable Skills
* Experience with new business proposals and pitches
* Expertise in marketing industry platforms
* Experience managing and developing junior team members
