Position: Cook 4 (15/2542)
Location: Dalry School
Salary: £15,650 - £16,616.51
Hours: 25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (Monday to Friday 08:30am - 1:30pm)
This position is to take charge of a large school kitchen that transports meals to a primary school. You will receive direction and support from your line manager.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Catering Manager or supervisory experience
2. Cooking skills and experience
Responsibilities:
1. Organising the day-to-day running of the kitchen
2. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
3. Approaching problem management with ease
4. Dealing with any complaints

1. Evaluating food costs

This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
