Technical Support Engineer | £32,000 to £40,000 | Milton Keynes | Driving License is essential
Working for a leading IT Managed Services Provider, who deliver innovative IT solutions and outstanding customer service to their clients, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support, assist in managing cloud services, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional IT support over the phone, via email, and in-person, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of client issues
Design and deploy automation for Windows environments
Build and support cloud servers in Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS, with expertise in Windows and Linux-based servers
Perform Office 365 deployments, management, and administration, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
Manage network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) from Draytek, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, and configure V-LANs, VPNs, and DNS settingsKey Skills:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Technical IT position
Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022), and Mac OS
Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Office 365, OneDrive, and cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
Full UK Driving License
