About the team and the role
Within the FInance team we are recruiting a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional/Technical Analyst. This person will play a critical role in our cloud to cloud migration project and optimising the Oracle Fusion cloud modules related to Procurement and Finance. They will be responsible for configuring and customising the application to meet business requirements, ensuring the smooth data migration from the current legacy cloud solution, and providing support.
What you’ll do
1. Lead the end-to-end historical data migration for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Finance (GL, AP, AR, CM & FA) modules from the legacy cloud application.
2. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness during the Oracle Fusion cloud-to-cloud data migration process.
3. Lead in relation to testing (system, integration, and user) to validate system configurations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using a “consensus building” approach to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with business processes.
5. Work with the Finance Analyst teams and Stakeholders (Business Users, Finance Leadership Teams, Internal Control Team) to understand the current applications in place, ensure support activities meet the SLA’s, and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for support and service improvements over time.
Who you are
6. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. With 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
7. Hands-on extensive experience in at least one of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Finance modules configurations.
8. Experience in the data migration process and familiarity with best practices.
9. Good business knowledge of at least both of the Oracle Fusion Procurement and Finance modules.
10. Understanding of project management principles e.g. Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall
11. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
12. Previous experience of monitoring and troubleshooting system issues, errors, and performance problems.
13. Previously have provided technical support and training to the end users resolving their queries and issues.
14. Experience in developing and maintaining documentation, policies, and procedures for the Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
15. Able to collaborate with the business stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle support to identify and implement enhancements and integrations for the Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
16. Knowledge of compliance with the security and data privacy standards and regulations.
