Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Commercial Tender & Bids Manager to drive success in securing major tenders, contracts, and strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in identifying and winning large-scale opportunities, working closely with senior stakeholders to expand our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full tender and bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to contract award.
* Develop compelling proposals and responses to tenders, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives.
* Identify, research, and evaluate large-scale opportunities, including public-sector frameworks and high-value private-sector commercial contracts.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including asset managers, commercial landlords, local authorities, and strategic partners.
* Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to align bid strategies and ensure a seamless transition from contract award to implementation.
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to position Hozah as a leading industry player.
* Develop and manage a structured tender pipeline, ensuring a proactive and data-driven approach to growth.
* Negotiate contract terms and support commercial discussions to maximise value and mitigate risk.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in bid management, tenders, or strategic partnerships, ideally within parking, mobility, commercial real estate, technology or smart cities sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of securing high-value contracts.
* Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.
* Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
* Strategic thinker who can identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
* Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Experience using CRM systems (Zoho preferred) to track bid progress and performance.
