Our Finance team serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. This new role will have visibility to multiple levels within the global tax function, leaders in regional finance and operations, and outside service providers. This position will report to the Senior Director, International Tax, and will work with the team to complete international tax compliance and statutory requirements related to the company's non-US international business. Additionally, this position will assist with the UK compliance and reporting working with the Senior Director, International Tax and the UK Statutory Reporting team. More specifically, you will: - Manage the preparation of non-US tax compliance requirements, collaborating with external service providers and the company's regional finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely filings. - Manage the preparation of certain non-US tax inputs to meet all US GAAP Audited Financial Statement requirements. - Manage implementation of commercial transactions and tax planning strategies in relation to the non-US compliance impacts. - Manage the implementation and preparation of deliverables required to support the tax forecasting/modeling team, tax audit team, and US reporting teams. - Support the tax planning and projects team with analysis of non-US tax strategies and structures. - Day to day management of the outsourced UK compliance and the UK Statutory Reporting team to ensure timely completion of UK tax requirements. - Any other projects and assignments as directed by the SVP, Tax, VP, International Tax & Planning, or Senior Director, International Tax. Ability to perform detailed tax research. - Strong managerial skills. Ability to develop and train staff. Ability to identify development opportunities and propose resource allocation to meet deadlines and demands. To fulfill this role successfully, you must demonstrate the following minimum qualifications: - Degree educated from an accredited university and either Qualified CTA or ACA / ACCA or equivalent - Good knowledge of UK tax compliance and tax accounting. - Extensive post-qualification experience either in-house or from a top-tier practice with experience working in international and US tax. - Proven staff management experience, including coaching and developing at least one direct report Additional Requirements: Some infrequent travel may be required.
