Crest Nicholson have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Special Projects team as a Group Production Administrator focusing on Building Assessments on a Fixed Term Contract basis.
The position offers the opportunity to gain experience in legal aspects of project management whilst developing knowledge in building safety.
Flexible working location.
Key Duties & Responsibilities involved:
* Manage instructions to the consultants including raising purchase Orders and arranging the signing of relevant appointment documents.
* Liaise with Responsible Entities’ representatives and progress the necessary licences and legal agreements required for the building investigations through our appointed solicitors.
* Monitor the progress of the assessments & reports to ensure delivery on programme.
* Report on actual deliveries against programme.
* Organise pre-start meetings and attend when necessary.
* Ensure the timely issue of information internally.
Skills
* Confident enough to be sufficiently persistent with team members and consultants to get things out of them when required.
* Make telephone call to/receive calls from management companies etc.
* Administration – good time management and organisation skills in helping the team with setting and liaising with external consultants for meetings.
* Organisation skills in filing away important documents when received i.e. email correspondence, consultant proposals, agreements etc.
