About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated LSAs with SEND experience to support an SEN school in Basingstoke. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students with Special Needs succeed in the classroom. You’ll work closely with teachers and staff to provide personalized support to students, ensuring they thrive academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and group support for students with SEND
* Assist teachers with the delivery of individualized education plans.
* Help create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
* Monitor student progress and adapt materials to meet their learning needs.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

* Experience working with children with SEND.
* A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A flexible and proactive attitude towards supporting learning.
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
