Job Spec -
* Act as liaison between local HR and team to ensure effective working relationships.
* Suggest and implement process improvements for efficient administrative practices.
* Collaborate on key initiatives and project work.
* Support new process implementation and communication guidance.
Reporting:
* Generate reports for global and Local HR teams, including sickness absence, car-related, capacity, and election reports.
* Provides business reports on address and cost centre changes.
* Complete reports for external benefit providers and manages ad hoc report requests.
HR Team Support:
* Organize and coordinate local Welcome Events.
* Assist with HR administration, processes, events, and logistics.
* Ensure accurate document management and coordination of signatures.
* Handle ad hoc work as required.
