We’re looking for a talented Senior Communications Consultant to join our team and help shape the way we engage and inform our customers. In this role your main responsibility will be to develop online content to support secure journeys and work collaboratively within projects. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivering content for our online user experience within agreed timescales. Ensuring that all communications material produced is developed and delivered in line with group risk policies ensuring appropriate business risk controls, compliance and regulatory requirements are understood and met. Participating and representing marketing in cross-functional delivery teams. Collaborating with internal and external resources to manage planned deliverables. We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, distributor and customer requirements Very good copywriting skills across all media, must be particularly strong in writing for digital media. The ability to manage several concurrent projects while remaining flexible. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in participating in teams at varying levels, including managing cross-functional teams What’s in it for you?
