Main Responsibilities:
1. Act as a business owner for the Supply planning functionality (business design and process sign-off)
2. Manage the decision-making process / change management activities
3. Accountable for timely delivery of documented business requirements and test scenarios
4. Perform Risk Impact Analysis and project dependencies from various other initiatives
5. Resolve business issues that impact the ability of the project team to deliver
6. Perform detail reviews of all project deliverables
7. Lead and participate in tests & cutover
8. Co-create o9 adoption strategy across Demand and Supply Planning
9. Anticipate and drive resolution for tool adoption barriers
10. Collaborate with Business Champions and Key User Community to drive drive deployment
11. Co-create the strategy to sustain new planning capabilities after program completion and transition to BAU
12. Key member of new planning tool governance
13. Partners with other functions on enterprise planning process design
14. Participate in various workshops and design sessions
15. Responsible for successful delivery of implementation KPIs
Key Skills required:
16. Prior knowledge implementing O9 solution is preferable
17. Strong experience in Supply Planning
18. Affinity with systems and system implementations
19. Knowledgeable in Commercial and Manufacturing processes in your region to ensure seamless end-to-end process adoption
20. Ability to think "outside the box" and introduce new capabilities.
21. Agile and Growth mindset
22. Ability to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working
23. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
24. Cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building
25. Credible within the broader Mondelēz organization to drive cross-functional change and adoption of system outputs
26. Experienced working in a matrixed organization with “dotted lines”
27. Robust communication skills to articulate the vision of the technology, the region, and the project to various functions
