Regularly carry out bedroom and public area inspections to ensure a high quality service in all hotels Supervise a team of housekeepers Ensure that all Health & safety requirements are met to ensure a safe environment is provided and all our legal obligations met Report faults and maintenance issue to ensure we maximise our bedroom availability You’ll assist, support and supervise your mighty team of Housekeeping Attendants. Attending and participating in daily and monthly meetings for preparation, you’ll have a vital role in the setup and service of the hotel, maintaining and continually improving our standards and the quality of our service, consistently exceeding our guest expectations. Ensuring operating costs are managed effectively, you’ll have responsibility for stock take completion and stock orders in the most organised and efficient ways. Always warm and thoughtful, you and your team will make sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly, effectively and professionally. You’ll check all areas before, during and at the end of each shift, ensuring high standards are maintained; you’ll also carry out daily maintenance and cleanliness checks across all areas of both guest and colleague facing areas. Playing a pivotal role in ensuring the motivation of our team, you’ll work with them, fully involved in their coaching, training and development. Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations. What are we looking for?
