The Payroll Partner will be will self-motivated, reliable, highly organised, trustworthy and play an important part of the People team. The role will be responsible for administration across all areas of Payroll.
What’s involved:
* Managing the inhouse payroll, processed on a monthly basis, which includes the administration of all stages of the payroll processing cycle from start to finish
* Working with the finance team, collating all information and documentation, along with reconciliation, required for monthly processing and year end processing duties
* Liaising with HM Revenue & Customs and third-party providers when dealing with payroll related queries
* Assisting the Director of People in overseeing benefits and rewards initiatives
* Harmonisation and modernisation of benefits
* Auto enrolment pension management
* Being the first point of contact for internal payroll queries
* Day-to-day organisation of payroll administration
