My mainstream client, based a short commute from Gloucester, is actively seeking a Teacher of Art to join their thriving art department from June 2025 on a full-time maternity cover basis. You will need to have excellent communication and organisation skills to plan and mark engaging art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. To succeed in this role, you should have an unrivalled passion for your subject and a genuine desire to inspire your students. You will be responsible for guiding students of various academic abilities in developing their creativity and passion for art. The ability to teach an additional design subject would be beneficial but is not essential.
The School:
You will join a department of knowledgeable and experienced art specialists who are eager to welcome passionate and personable team members. The school offers professional development opportunities, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced art teachers interested in exploring a new environment, as well as for ECTs to benefit from the department’s expertise. The successful candidate can expect a salary of £31,650 - £49,084, depending on experience. If interested, please submit an up-to-date CV or call 0117 336 2606.
