CSS Recruitment are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our clients team in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
Requirements:
* Oral and written skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Organisation skills.
* Able to use a tablet/ computer knowledge.
* Knowledge of heath and safety on construction sites - qualification.
* Experience in groundworks, building contracts and working with client production teams. Desired if groundworks in residential new build.
* Able to resource programme planning and tender review.
* Able to review monthly Cost Value reports.
* Able to identify anf resolve problems promptly. Reliable and diplomatic, clean driving licence, self-motivated.
This is a full time role based in Cambridge office. Managing several sites across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Essex.
