Key Responsibilities: Provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEMH), Autism, ADHD, and trauma-related behaviours. Assist with personal care needs when required. Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Help manage challenging behaviours using positive and proactive strategies. Collaborate with the team to ensure the best outcomes for each child. Requirements: Experience supporting children with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, or trauma is highly desirable. MUST be a driver. Previous experience working with children with SEN. Ability to handle challenging behaviours with patience and understanding. Willingness to assist with personal care when necessary.
