About the Opportunity
We are looking for a results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a Customer Success Manager you'll be pivotal in nurturing relationships with major blue chip organisations, ensuring seamless supplier onboarding, and fostering strong ties with key stakeholders.
Reporting to the Sector Manager, the Customer Success Manager will:
* Develop strong relationships with account customers, enhancing their success using our services.
* Actively promote and demonstrate new products and services to customers.
* Coordinate with our internal customer service teams to ensure a unified and consistent approach in managing accounts.
* Manage the onboarding processes for new accounts and their suppliers, ensuring they derive value from our solutions.
* Facilitate on the job training to ensure that account organisations possess comprehensive knowledge of our systems, processes and any new functionality.
* Developing and delivering account plans to ensure continuous onboarding of a customer's suppliers.
* Develop tools like heatmaps and custom pivot tables to effectively demonstrate the value of data to account customers.
* Manage escalations and collaborate with your accounts for issue resolution.
* Ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations, staying informed about any changes or updates
Requirements
Ideally, you'll have:
* 3+ years of proven B2B customer relationship management and service delivery experience.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools (experience with procurement processes is a bonus).
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
* A degree or equivalent qualification.
* A valid driving licence.
